120 years have passed since the time of Brooke, the symbolist poet.

But, in his room, a 20-year-old Asian woman seems connected to him.

Introduction

In light of the fact that the NFT is still in its infancy, as of November 2021, and regarding the protection of the authors’ works and those who pay for them, this Agreement is established to enable both parties to conduct transactions with peace of mind.

(1)Definition of Terms

  1. Blockchain refers to "distributed ledger technology," and NFT refers to "non-fungible tokens" that record the uniqueness of electromagnetic records on the blockchain.
  2. The NFT refers to "the NFT that records, or is associated with the electromagnetic record of this Agreement, or contains the identification code such as URL or Transaction Hash that contains this Agreement".
  3. The work refers to "some or all of the works associated with the NFT".
  4. "We" refers to "any or all of the authors, producers, and publishers of this work".
  5. "Wallet address" in the Agreement refers to a string of characters that can be used to specify the destination of crypto asset quantities.
  6. "Account Holder" as used in the Agreement refers to the "beneficial owner associated with the Wallet Address".
  7. Possession of the work in this agreement refers to "the state in which the work is tied to the wallet address of the Account Holder by this NFT". The Account Holder of the work refers to the Account Holder to whom the work has been linked.
  8. Unless otherwise specified, blockchain and cryptographic assets in the Agreement refer to Symbol (XYM).

(2)The method of notification

The method of notification is not limited to public transmission from our wallet address(NBWQZAJYK7RKI7K7U777VWFRHIHBNHQIX72JBPQ)to the wallet address of the Author of the work.

(5)Rights of the Holder of the work

As a general rule, we do not interfere with the following actions by the Holder of the work, unless such actions are contrary to the laws and regulations of each country.

  1. to identify yourself as the Holder of the work.
  2. to display or show the Work in a virtual reality space generated by electromagnetic records.

The rights of the Account Holder of the work will be lost if:

  1. the Account Holder of the work links it to a new Account Holder.
  2. if we deem that there is a risk of legal dispute and notify the owner of the work.
  3. if we are ordered to do so by law enforcement agencies.

(6)Exemption from liability

  1. Including branching in blockchain or crypto assets, we are not responsible for any damage caused by our force majeure or any dispute between the Holder of the work and a third party.
  2. In the event of a dispute with us, the Osaka Summary Court or the Osaka District Court of Japan shall be the exclusive court of the first instance for all disputes
  3. If we determine that the Holder of the work has violated these terms of use or infringed the rights of the author, the Holder of the work will lose his or her rights without notice, and we will not compensate for any damages.
  4. In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese language and any other language in this Agreement, the Japanese language shall prevail.
